Summer Frozen Fruit Bars

  1. Place the fruit in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons water, if necessary.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Cover and blend until well mixed.
  6. Pour into 4 oz.
  7. ice-pop molds or paper cups.
  8. Insert sticks.
  9. Freeze until solid.
  10. Cooking time is freezing time.
