Mixed Summer Berry Parfait

  1. Whisk together the honey and yogurt in a mixing bowl; set aside.
  2. Gently toss together the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple in a separate bowl.
  3. Layer the ingredients as follows in six parfait glasses: a 2-inch layer of fruit, then 1/4 cup yogurt, and then 2 tablespoons granola.
  4. Repeat the layers, ending with yogurt and granola.
  5. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  6. Serve cold.
