Cookie Glaze

• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• Sugar sprinkles, such as hot pink or white, for decorating
• 14 to 16 bakery shortbread or sugar cookies

1. Mix the confectioners sugar with 2 tablespoons of water until it forms a thin smooth glaze.
2. Spoon the glaze onto each cookie then decorate with the sprinkles.
