Butternut Squash Casserole
- 1 cup butter (NOT vegetable spread!)
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 ounces canned milk or 23 cup canned milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups cooked mashed butternut squash
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup crispy rice cereal
- 14 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- then combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and squash.
- Mix and pour into 11 x 7 x 2 ungreased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered 45 mimutes then.
- remove and add topping then bake an additional 5 minutes.
