- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

- For the meatloaf, combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, rolled oats, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, sage, salt and pepper.
- Add ground beef and mix well.
- Pat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours.
- Remove from oven, spoon out excess fat.
- For the sauce, combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard; spread approximately 1/3 cup of sauce evenly over meatloaf.
- (Reserve some of the sauce to serve with meatloaf after baking.)
- Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until sauce begins to darken.
- Let stand at least 10 minutes before slicing so that it has time to set and not crumble.
