Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chick Peas
- 1/2 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini Paste
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno (or 2 If You Want More Heat)
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Water (approximate)
- Put all ingredients except the water into your food processor.
- Process until smooth, adding the water to achieve the texture that you want.
- More water will make it creamier.
- Use on sandwiches as a spread or a dip for pita bread, vegetables, or whatever you can find.
