Bailey's Irish Cream Mousse Pie Recipe

  1. *Semi-sweet.
  2. - Beat egg yolks till lemon-colored.
  3. Add in salt and Bailey's.
  4. Cook in top of double boiler till yolk mix thickens.
  5. cold.
  6. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  7. Combine egg/Bailey's mix, egg whites, and 2/3 of the Kool Whip, using a folding motion.
  8. Mix in 3/4 c. of the nut meats.
  9. Scrape into a baked pie shell.
  10. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining nut meats and chocolate shavings.
  12. Freeze for 4 hrs (no more than 8, though).
