Crispy Butter Rice Balls

  1. Mix the rice with the ingredients and shape into rice balls.
  2. Form them firmly so they don't crumble later.
  3. Thinly spread vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rice balls on both sides until browned.
  4. Add butter in the middle and when it's melted, drizzle soy sauce so it mixes with the butter.
  5. Gently coat with the rice balls and they're done!
