Sesame Pita Chips

  1. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Separate the pita pockets into halves.
  4. Cut each half into 8 sections.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Combine egg whites and sesame oil in a glass or ceramic bowl.
  7. Brush the egg-white mixture on both sides of the pita.
  8. Sprinkle both sides with sesame seeds.
  9. Place on the baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  10. Store in a cookie tin.
