Blue Moon Dry Rub
- 1/4 C Belgian Style White Ale (Blue Moon) seasoning
- 2/3 C brown sugar
- 2 T paprika
- 2 T onion powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T smoked paprika
- 1 T dried minced onions
- 1 T black pepper
- 2 t kosher salt
- 2 t cayenne pepper
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 t granulated garlic
- 1 t ground celery seed
- Combine all spices in an airtight container.
- Store for up to a month.
