Walnut Bok choy

  1. Wash your bok choy with mild soap and water leaves and stems.
  2. Then dry them
  3. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Chop the bok choy into thirds.
  5. Add to oil.
  6. Add garlic, onion powder, and salt.
  7. Stifry till green leaves are wilted.
  8. Add walnuts stirfry on high heat 3 minutes.
  9. Stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Serve hope you enjoy!
