Walnut Bok choy
- 1 1/4 lb bok choy
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Wash your bok choy with mild soap and water leaves and stems.
- Then dry them
- Heat oil in a pan or wok.
- Chop the bok choy into thirds.
- Add to oil.
- Add garlic, onion powder, and salt.
- Stifry till green leaves are wilted.
- Add walnuts stirfry on high heat 3 minutes.
- Stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
