Tavern Welsh Rabbit With Beer Recipe

  1. Heat butter in top of double boiler.
  2. Add in beer (minus 1 Tbsp.)
  3. and cheese.
  4. Mix seasonings with 1 Tbsp.
  5. beer and add in to cheese.
  6. Stir in egg.
  7. Serve over toast and tomato slices.
