Red Snapper Fillets

  1. Combine 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing, the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour evenly over fish in shallow dish or bowl; let stand 5 min.
  4. Remove from dish; sprinkle both sides of fish with flour.
  5. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp.
  6. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min.
  8. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Remove to serving platter; cover to keep warm.
  10. Add onions and almonds to skillet; cook and stir 2 min.
  11. on medium heat.
  12. Stir in wine; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  13. Spoon evenly over fish.
