Non-Dairy Turkey Sub

  1. Spread 2 big pieces of foil on your working space.
  2. Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and smear mayo on both sides.
  3. Arrange it cut side up in the toaster oven on toast setting and allow it to to toast for 5 minutes, depending on how crispy you enjoy your sub!
  4. While bread is toasting fry your eggs in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. I stir them around as they cook because I like my egg in little pieces.
  6. Cook to your liking.
  7. When toast is done remove it from the toaster oven and lay it out on the pre-cut foil.
  8. Smear mustard on both cut sides of baguettes.
  9. Arrange 2 slices of the tomato on each half of bread, add the pastrami, eggs and sour pickles.
  10. Wrap tightly with the foil and cut in half.
  11. Now you have your meal on the run!
  12. Enjoy.
