Fried Apple Rings - Sugar Free
- 1 medium apple
- 14 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Equal sugar substitute (or other sugar subtitute)
- Peel and core apple, slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Heat butter in skillet, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, place apple rings in heated butter mixture.
- Fry until tender.
- Put on plate, cool slightly.
- Mix remaining Equal and cinnamon, sprinkle on rings.
