Pork Spare Ribs Recipe
- 4 lbs. pork ribs
- 1 white onion
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash of Tabasco sauce or possibly cayenne pepper
- Place ribs, meaty side up in roasting pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min.
- Drain off fat.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Bake again, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
