Best Pizza Crust Recipe...Ever

  1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.
  2. Let stand about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine flours, salt, and herbs in a large bowl.
  4. Make a well in the flour mixture.
  5. Pour yeast mixture into the well, then add olive oil.
  6. Stir with fork to incorporate dry and wet ingredients.
  7. Stir until dough forms.
  8. Shape dough into ball and place into a large, greased bowl.
  9. Turn to cover entire surface of dough.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and let double in size at room temperature.
  11. About 45_60 minutes.
  12. Punch down dough and shape into three balls.
  13. Lightly brush individual balls with olive oil and cover with plastic wrap.
  14. Let rise another 30-45 minutes.
  15. Shape dough by hand working from center to outer edge, 1/2 inch thick top with sauce, favorite toppings and cheese.
  16. Bake at 450 f for about twenty minutes.
  17. Enjoy!
