Taco Salad
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 14 ounces mccormick hot taco seasoning
- 1 (13 ounce) bag Tostitos Scoops
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 12 cup cilantro, minced
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Heat oven to 350°F *Lining 9x13 baking pan with foil makes for easier cleaning.
- Add jalapeno, tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro together in a bowl and mix together.
- Put aside.
- In pan brown up hamburger meat with spicy taco seasoning.
- In Baking pan put in tostitos first, put in cooked meat, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over.
- Bake for 10-15 min Till cheese is melted and chips are toasted.
- Scoop chips, meat and cheese onto plate.
- Top with salad.
- Add sour cream and guacamole.
