Easiest Crock Pot Chicken

• 4 each chicken breasts boneless, skinless
• 1 each soup, cream of mushroom can
• 1 each soup, cream of chicken can
• 1 x rice cooked, hot

1. Place chicken in crockpot.
2. Mix together soups, and pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low, all day.
4. Serve over hot rice.
