Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 packages ready made graham pie crust
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 packages cool whip topping, thawed
- 1 lb confectioners sugar
- 1/2 jar of creamy or crunchy peanut butter (2 cup size jar)
- 1 packages peanut butter chips, found in baking aisle
- In large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- I use a mixer to make it fluffier, but this is optional.
- Once combined, add the confectioners sugar and cream well.
- Add thawed cool whip topping.
- Mix together until well combined.
- Pour into prepared crust and top with peanut butter chips for garnish.
- Chill until set.
- You can also use regular crust, peanut butter cups chopped into mixture, or top with peanut butter cups, or any garnish you like.
- I also drizzle chocolate sauce over sometimes to make it prettier :)
