Fun Time Butter Cookies (Gluten-Free Recipe)

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  4. Add gluten-free flour blend and baking soda; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in gluten-free decorator sprinkles or sugars as desired.
  6. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
  8. Bake 5-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
