Penne With Tuna And Tomato Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat oil in skillet with anchovies, onion and garlic over low flame.
  2. Cook till anchovies are dissolved.
  3. Saute/fry for 5 min, then add in tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook for 20 additional min.
  5. In the meantime, cook penne in lightly salted boiling water till al dente.
  6. Add in tuna and a healthy pinch of black pepper to sauce.
  7. Mix with penne and serve.
