Baked Pasta and Sausage
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Penne Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Onion, Choppped
- 1 pound Mild Italian Sausage
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (6 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Cook pasta until done.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and add onion and sausage, stir constantly to crumble the sausage.
- Cook over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain fat.
- Add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Add wine, stirring constantly.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
- Toss with cooked pasta.
- Put in a 9 by 13 baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
