Baked Pasta and Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Cook pasta until done.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet and add onion and sausage, stir constantly to crumble the sausage.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until browned.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  6. Add wine, stirring constantly.
  7. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.
  8. Toss with cooked pasta.
  9. Put in a 9 by 13 baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
