Southern Broiled Bass Recipe
- Salt and pepper
- 4 lg. bass
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- Few grains of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper fish; place on foil.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.
- Close foil.
- Broil in oven at 450 degrees till done (about 1 hour).
- May also be put in baking dish with lid on top and baked at 450 degrees till done (about 1 hour).
