Lemon, Raspberry and Pear Mini Parfaits

  1. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened.
  3. Meanwhile, toss pears with raspberry sauce.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
  6. of the pudding into each of 32 (4-oz.)
  7. clear plastic cups (or into each of 8 plastic cups for trial recipe).
  8. Top each with layers of 2 Tbsp.
  9. (1-1/4 oz.)
  10. pear mixture, 1 Tbsp.
  11. chopped wafers and 1 Tbsp.
  12. whipped topping.
  13. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
