Tinklee's Deveiled Eggs
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp whorseshire sauce
- 1 paprika(optinal)
- place eggs in pot and add cold water, cover tops of eggs by 1 inch of water, add 1 tablespoon of oil, turn heat on high
- when eggs come to a boil, boil for 2 minutes, put on lid, remove from heat(do not remove lid), let sit for 12mins, then run cold water into pan until eggs are cool
- peel eggs, slice in half (longwise), set whites aside, put yokes in a bowl
- add all ingredients, stir until it is very smooth, then put in pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off and fill the egg whites, and sprinkle with paprika if you like
