Udon Noodle Salad
- 1 packet Udon noodles (frozen)
- 1/2 can Canned tuna
- 1 Lettuce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 Bonito flakes (large flakes)
- Boil the udon noodles briefly in hot water.
- Drain and rinse in cold water, and drain into a colander.
- Wash and rip up the lettuce.
- Dry the leaves.
- Drain the canned tuna.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together.
- If you add the mentsuyu in the middle of the mayonnaise little by little, it won't separate.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, udon noodles and tuna on a plate in that order.
- Pour the sauce over it and top with some bonito flakes.
