Udon Noodle Salad

  1. Boil the udon noodles briefly in hot water.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water, and drain into a colander.
  3. Wash and rip up the lettuce.
  4. Dry the leaves.
  5. Drain the canned tuna.
  6. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
  7. If you add the mentsuyu in the middle of the mayonnaise little by little, it won't separate.
  8. Arrange the lettuce leaves, udon noodles and tuna on a plate in that order.
  9. Pour the sauce over it and top with some bonito flakes.
