Ambrosia Salad Recipe
- 1 can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 x Apple, cut into small Chunks
- 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. Halved strawberries
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted shredded coconut Lettuce leaves
- In a large bowl, add in mandarin oranges, apple and kiwi and strawberries.
- Mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, honey, cinnamon and toasted coconut.
- Pour dressing onto fruit.
- Mix well.
- Pour fruit mix onto lettuce leaves.
- Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Approximately 5 min.
