Ambrosia Salad Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, add in mandarin oranges, apple and kiwi and strawberries.
  2. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, honey, cinnamon and toasted coconut.
  4. Pour dressing onto fruit.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour fruit mix onto lettuce leaves.
  7. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  8. Approximately 5 min.
