Pork Chop Milanese
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 whole Pork Chops
- 2 pinches Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- Cooking Spray
- Preheat your oven to 375 F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- In two separate dishes (while oil is heating) ...
- Combine your breadcrumbs and cinnamon in one dish; and beat your egg in the other.
- Season each pork chop with salt and pepper, then coat in egg.
- Dredge pork chops in your breadcrumb/cinnamon mixture and set aside.
- When oil is hot, add in your pork chops.
- Brown on the first side for 3-4 minutes and add your butter into the skillet as it browns.
- Then flip over and brown the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer your pork chops to your greased baking dish and cook in the oven for 6-7 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
- Transfer chops to your serving plate, and cut your lemon in half.
- Use one half to squeeze juice on top of each pork chop, then cut the other half into slices for garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
