Fresh Mushroom Bisque

  1. Melt butter in large stock pot and saute garlic, onion, and mushrooms for about 3 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are golden.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Mix flour with a small amount of chicken broth to prevent lumps and add along with remaining ingredients to mushroom mixture.
  4. Simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Do not boil.
