Corned Beef and Cabbage

  1. Place onions in Crockery Pot.
  2. Trim fat from Brisket.
  3. If necessary, cut meat to fit into Crockery Pot: place on top of onions.
  4. In a bowl combine apple juice, sugar, orange peel, mustard, adn cloves; pour over brisket.
  5. Place cabbage on top of meat.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours (high 5-6 hours).
