Veggie & Cheese Hoagie

  1. Spread guacamole on cut-sides of buns.
  2. Layer bottom half of each bun with 2 white American triangles, 4 slices cucumber, 2 bell pepper rings, 2 yellow American triangles and 2 slices tomato; sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Top each with remaining bun half.
  4. Secure with toothpick.
