KRAFT Original BBQ Beef Stew

  1. COAT stewing beef with flour.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp (15 mL) oil in frypan and brown meat; set aside.
  3. PLACE 3 Tbsp (45 mL) oil in a large pot.
  4. Add chopped carrots and celery stalks and diced onion.
  5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. ADD cooked beef and beef broth, beer and barbecue sauce; stir.
  7. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until meat is tender.
