Strawberry-Cheesecake Shake

  1. Spoon 1-1/2 cups of the graham crumbs (or 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the graham crumbs on trial recipe) onto plate.
  3. Dip rims of 24 (16-oz.)
  4. glasses (or one 16-oz.
  5. glass for trial recipe) in water, then in the crumbs.
  6. Set aside.
  7. For each serving: Place 2-1/4 cups (8 oz.)
  8. of the ice cream, 1/3 cup of the milk, 3 Tbsp.
  9. of the dry Cheesecake Filling Mix and 3 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining graham crumbs in blender; cover.
  11. Blend on high speed until well blended.
  12. Pour into prepared glass.
  13. Top with 2 Tbsp.
  14. of the whipped topping and a strawberry.
