Pecan Pie with Cream Cheese Crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 1 recipe Foolproof PHILLY Pie Crust
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Whisk first 5 ingredients until blended.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into Foolproof PHILLY Pie Crust.
- Bake 15 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- Continue baking pie 30 to 35 min.
- or until top is puffed and lightly browned.
- Cool completely.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
