Pecan Pie with Cream Cheese Crust

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Whisk first 5 ingredients until blended.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. Pour into Foolproof PHILLY Pie Crust.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  7. Continue baking pie 30 to 35 min.
  8. or until top is puffed and lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
