Crockpot Mexican Style Short Ribs

  1. In a large skillet or crockpot with browning unit, brown short ribs; pour off excess fat.
  2. Mix beef consomme with dry taco mix; add green pepper.
  3. In crockpot pour sauce over the ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
