Frosted Cranberry Orange Drops

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all cookie ingredients except cranberries in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
  4. Stir in cranberries.
  5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges just begin to brown.
  7. Remove from cookie sheets; cool completely.
  8. Combine powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon butter in bowl.
  9. Beat at low speed until well mixed.
  10. Beat in enough orange juice for desired spreading consistency.
  11. Frost cooled cookies..
