Grilled Lemons and Pita

  1. Brush lemons with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill cut-side down for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden, turn over and continue grilling for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Brush pita on both sides with olive oil and grill for 30 to 45 seconds per side.
