Mushrooms and Chicken Soba Noodles

• 100 grams Chicken
• 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
• 1/2 packet Enoki mushrooms
• 2 Shiitake mushrooms
• 800 ml Dashi stock
• 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Mirin
• 1 Sugar

1. Cut the chicken and mushrooms into bite sizes.
2. Put all the ingredients of dashi soup for soba noodles and bring to the boil.
3. Add the chicken and simmer.
4. After the chicken is cooked through, add the mushrooms.
5. Pour over the mushroom and chicken soup onto the cooked soba noodles.
6. Serve.
