Vegetable Lasagna Recipe

  1. Slightly defrost vegetables.
  2. Mix all cheeses (except Parmesan), egg, vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Cover bottom of 13x9 pan with sauce.
  4. Place 1 layer of noodles on top of sauce, then add in 1/3 of cheese mix.
  5. Keep layering and finish with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Allow to sit out for 30 min.
  9. Cook 45 min at 350 degrees.
