Red's Chili

  1. Brown ground beef in pan, stir while it is cooking.
  2. This will make the meat a nice, fine texture.
  3. Drain the meat leaving about 2 teaspoons of juice in the meat mixture.
  4. Next add all the spices and the sugar.
  5. Cook, stirring, for 3 minute {the fat juice will mix and blend the flavor better}.
  6. Now add the tomato juice, tomato paste and kidney beans, simmer for about 1 hour.
