Barbecued Beef And Pork Filling Recipe

  1. In 5 qt Dutch oven combine all ingredients.
  2. Over high heat, heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer 3 hrs or possibly till meat falls apart when tested with fork, stirring often.
  4. Remove Dutch oven from heat.
  5. Skim off fat from meat mix.
  6. With two forks, pull meat into shreds.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Makes about 7 c. filling, sufficient for 14 sandwiches.
