Chocolate Mint Truffle Squares

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and mint liqueur.
  3. Spread into a 9-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap and chill until firm.
  4. Cut into squares approx 1 inch and press small chunks of broken peppermint in the top of each.
