Easy Cheesy Potato Fans

• 4 large Yukon gold potatoes (2 lb./900 g)
• 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
• 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
• 1 green onion, sliced

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Place potatoes on microwaveable plate; prick each in several places.
3. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min.
4. or until tender, turning and rearranging every 3 min.
5. Cool 10 min.
6. Make 7 to 9 diagonal cuts in top of each potato, cutting about 3/4 of the way into potato.
7. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Gently spread slices of each potato slightly apart; brush with 1 Tbsp.
9. dressing.
10. Bake 15 to 18 min.
11. or until potatoes are lightly browned.
12. Top with cheese; bake 1 to 2 min.
13. or until melted.
14. Sprinkle with onions.
