Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease and flour jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.
- Beat Large eggs, water, oil, peanut butter and 1/2 of the cake mix (dry) till light and fluffy.
- Stir in remaining cake mix and chocolate chips.
- (Dough will be stiff.)
- Spread in pan.
- Bake about 20 min.
- Cold.
- Cut into bars, 3 x 1 1/2 inch, about 30.
