Mustard Glazed Ribs

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Place ribs in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
  3. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
  4. Drain off any accumulated liquid.
  5. Meanwhile, in a medium-size saucepan, stir together the ketchup, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, water, the onion powder and hot sauce.
  6. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring.
  7. Place half the sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
  8. Heat gas grill to medium-high or prepare charcoal grill rack with oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Baste ribs generously with the remaining sauce and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until nicely browned.
  10. Serve ribs with reserved sauce on the side.
