Shepherds Pie
- 2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
- 2 cans (16 oz. each)French-style green beans, drained
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- When ground beef is done, add drained green beans, VELVEETA and soup.
- Mix well; heat thoroughly.
- Pour out of skillet into greased cake pan or baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture.
- Bake at 375F for 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
