Andouille Sausage Slow Cooker Rice
- 1 lb Andouille sausage
- 2 cup Rice
- 3 cup Chicken stock
- 1 can Diced tomato
- 1 can Black beans
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 dash Hot sauce or more to taste
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and put it on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Check and stir halfway through, rice may need more time if using brown rice.
- Garnish with avocado shredded cheddar cheese or any condiment you like.
