Creamy Italian sausage over rice

  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in the butter until mushrooms are soft
  2. In another pan fry ground italian sausage add in spices drain off excess grease
  3. Make rice according to box
  4. When saute is done add to sausage.add in milk sour cream and soup.let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve over rice
