Creamy Italian sausage over rice
- 1 small tomato washed and chopped
- 4 mushrooms washed and chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup daisy sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 lb ground italian sausage
- box instant rice
- 1 brown sugar bourbon spice
- 3 shakes of tumeric
- 3 shakes of pepper
- Saute mushrooms and garlic in the butter until mushrooms are soft
- In another pan fry ground italian sausage add in spices drain off excess grease
- Make rice according to box
- When saute is done add to sausage.add in milk sour cream and soup.let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve over rice
