Athens Salsa & Black Bean Mini Appetizers

• 12 cup drained thick and chunky salsa
• 14 cup canned and drained black beans
• 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
• 15 athens miniature phyllo cups (1 box)

1. In a small bowl, combine salsa, beans, cheese and taco seasoning.
2. Mix well.
3. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of filling into each Fillo Shell.
4. Serve immediately.
